Supply Chain Administration Senior Assistant

Use your skills and passion for telephone-based supply chain organisation working with Suppliers, Partners and end users by applying to join our fantastic team.

We’re looking for an experienced professional to fill this senior levelrole in our busy Administration Department where we deal with all aspects of stocks and deliveries on behalf of our Partners and their Customers, whilst maintaining relationships and ensuring systems information is kept up to date.

You will need to be skilled in:

  • the workings of an administrative supply chain department and what actions enable the team to achieve win-win results.
  • understanding logistics – the storage of product be it at source, in wholesaler warehousing or in our Partners’ own warehouses as well as all types of deliveries.
  • excellent communication abilities: building relationships and ensuring the right message is accurately delivered to all levels of contacts within service level agreements.
  • taking ownership and ensuring customer/supplier queries are delivered within the specified time frame.
  • assisting other members of the team with more complex enquiries and escalations to support both them in their efforts.
  • identifying barriers to stocking and delivering product and spotting any relative trends.

You must be capable of learning:

  • Complex product knowledge
  • New systems
  • How to work and develop your skills quickly in a fast paced and dynamic office
