Held on January 29th and 30th, Nectere invited their partners to hear about various exciting changes that they could expect to see in the coming months, as well as listen to several suppliers discussing the options available to them as Nectere partners and gain insight into the state of the industry at present.
The main event of the two days was the launch of nectere’s new Big Book 2015. The second nectere catalogue has extended to 700 pages, with new look covers, various new product ranges and additional easy use ‘How-To’ pages and link sells. The launch of the catalogue was extremely well received amongst partners and suppliers alike, and hopes to continue to the success of their debut BOSS Award Winning Catalogue in 2014.
Partners also enjoyed hearing about nectere’s plans to expand their Birmingham office as well as developments in each of the nectere departments including new systems, processes and staff members. Attendees enjoyed a tallk from CAB studios, who have been liaising with nectere to improve partner’s sales by improving SEO, the ease of website use and overall website appearance.
On day two partners enjoyed Supplier speed dating, spending time listening to representatives from The Hill Company, MoreSecure, Esselte, DAMS and Switch Office Solutions. The afternoon saw Gordon Stoddart from Innergy invited to talk about his partnership with nectere, as they look to optimise their customer care dynamic and increase their reputation for excellence. Gordon also gave partners helpful hints and tips to improve their own customer service, something which Gordon has a lot of experience in with a proven track record of helping businesses increase their sales through excellent customer care.
